2. Course Enrollment, Payments, and Refunds

Enrollment: Your enrollment in any Perandrixomelra course or program is considered complete upon successful processing of the required payment. Access to course materials will be granted shortly thereafter.

Pricing: All course fees and pricing displayed on the Perandrixomelra website are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Refund Policy:

Perandrixomelra is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all interactive online graphic design courses and certification programs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial enrollment date.

Conditions for Refund:

• The refund request must be made within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase date.
• Access to the course will be revoked immediately upon refund processing.
• Refunds will not be issued if more than 50% of the course content (measured by video watch time or lesson completion) has been accessed or downloaded.
• For certification programs that include physical materials or external software licenses, specific non-refundable components may apply, which will be clearly communicated prior to purchase.

3. Intellectual Property

All content available through Perandrixomelra, including but not limited to course videos, text, lectures, presentations, digital assets, project files, exercises, quizzes, and website design (collectively, "Course Content"), is the exclusive property of Perandrixomelra and its licensors. This Course Content is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

When you enroll in a course, Perandrixomelra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Course Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not grant you any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform any Course Content without express written permission from Perandrixomelra.
• Modify, adapt, create derivative works of, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any Course Content.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the Course Content.
• Use the Course Content for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party.

Notwithstanding the above, any original work created by you as part of course assignments, projects, or portfolio development (e.g., your unique logo designs, digital illustrations, or branding projects) remains your intellectual property. Perandrixomelra may request permission to showcase your work for promotional purposes, but ownership will remain with you unless a separate agreement is made.
